This will be an ALL levels Vinyasa Yoga class at a new space in Kifissia called House Hub! If it’s your first time it’s a great class to start with. You can do it for sure! We will breathe, stretch, strengthen, and relax into a lovely evening. Class starts right at 18:00 so come a bit early to get settled.

The space is in an apartment building and a 4-minute walk from the Kifisia train stop! (There are two free spots in front of the building if you are driving) Bring a mat if you can but we also have about 5 for you to use.
The class is in English but I speak fluent Greek and will be very helpful if needed 🙂
