(Think about that) Feel the word SERIOUS Feel the word SINCERE Even in the body it feels more rigid instead of soft and truthful. If we operate from sincerity, wholeheartedness, and authenticity…just imagine how things can be. Practicing yoga can help you resurface that. Because it was always there. But YOU gotta choose which song. ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️ I just made my list again and I’m so happy to see that I’m aware of the drains and have already made changes and some barely exist in my life anymore. Some of my drains: ⚫️Non Listeners ⚫️Overthinking ⚫️Gossip ⚫️Saying yes to something I don’t want to and then having to go through with it because I don’t want to cancel 😆 ⚫️Not having time alone ⚫️Repeat complaining Some of my favs that offer me energy : 🟡 Eating really healthy nourishing foods 🟡yoga, meditation, exercise 🟡drinking a really good tea 🟡creativity (art films, drawing,music) 🟡laughing- especially sharing a meal and laughing with good people. 🟡really deep meaningful and honest conversation There’s more! 🤗 Share below if you want… But beware, if it’s a drainer you MUST do something about it! All that you experience in the physical practice translates into your daily life. (Resistance, flexibility, comparison, surrender, irritation, softness within a challenge, stiffness within a challenge, peace, compassion…) ⭐️It’s up to you to decipher it. It’s YOUR OWN practice so I invite you to think about that for a moment. Then feel it. Some things come easy. Some things don’t. What will you do about it? (Of course I’m always here to help 🤭🤭🤭)
