DESCRIPTION:Chakra 101- An Introduction to the Energy Centers in Our Bodies \nChakras are energy centers\, vortexes\, that help facilitate the flow of energy throughout our bodies. They can be overstimulated and excessive or insufficiently stimulated and deficient. Each of these has different effects on our physical and emotional well-being. \nLearning about the Chakra System is a simple way to begin to place awareness towards our physical bodies and emotions.
