A private yoga lesson is a great way to focus on the complexity of what yoga is known to be, step by step, with personal attention and care.
The lesson is designed specifically for YOUR needs. I write each lesson by hand in a colorful notebook with YOUR name on it! 🙂
Private Yoga Lessons with Elli can include the following:
- Achieve a balanced and properly aligned postural practice. I’m very particular and precise about alignment because I want the body to get benefits without injury.
- Breathwork. Connect with yourself and your breath to help alleviate anxiety and stress
- Build muscle strength gradually and relieve joint pain. Without doing squats and crunches we can build muscle strength yogically. 🙂
- Chakra Guidance. We are gonna talk. So when we talk, if you feel stuck or blocked, let’s discuss the chakras. And if it feels right, we can focus on them to help you heal.
- Guided Meditation. If you desire a journey through a guided meditation to de-stress or simply relax and free your mind, we can do that!
- Props. I bring ALL the necessary props to make you feel cozy, stretchy, open, relaxed, energized, strong, or all of them together! Bolster, blocks, straps, blankets, essential oils, singing bowl, and healing stones (if needed)
- Integrate Yogic Philosophy into the practice and into daily life if desired.
- Intention Setting. Learning how intentions set the tone for not only the practice but also for everything we do.
- Themed Lessons. Whatever your needs, I will design different themes that we can change weekly or monthly. I.e., strength, specific postures, breath, intentions, chakras, etc…
- Personalized Research. I do TONS of personalized research, specifically for YOU, to provide as much healing as possible. Whether it’s physical, physiological, emotional, or spiritual, I will help find and guide you down the right path.
- Light Massage in certain poses to help the body relax into the pose.
Private Yoga Lessons with Elli will incorporate a combination of the following:
- Breath to Movement and Flow
- Soft Holds for deep stretching
- Restorative and Yin with props for deeper healing
- Strength building
- Pranayama – The formal practice of breath control
- Meditation
- Philosophy of Yoga especially from Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras and how it applies to daily life
Private Session Cost for a live session in your preferred space:
1 session weekly 50€ (200€ monthly)
2 sessions weekly 45€ (360€ monthly)
3 sessions weekly 40€ (480€ monthly)
