But YOU gotta choose which song. ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️ I just made my list again and I’m so happy to see that I’m aware of the drains and have already made changes and some barely exist in my life anymore. All that you experience in the physical practice translates into your daily life. (Resistance, flexibility, comparison, surrender, irritation, softness within a challenge, stiffness within a challenge, peace, compassion…) ⭐️It’s up to you to decipher it. It’s YOUR OWN practice so I invite you to think about that for a moment. Then feel it. Some things come easy. Some things don’t. What will you do about it? (Of course I’m always here to help 🤭🤭🤭)

If you’re disciplined in one area of life, then you know what discipline is. So, what’s the problem? Most likely you are listening to the mind. The chatter, the ego, the discerning mind, the desiring mind. And they just take over. You don’t have to tell me about it…🤭 When the lake is muddy you can’t see the bottom. Get it? Learn to set the mind chatter aside and just do what needs to be done so you can LEVEL UP. (You can learn through practicing yoga, obviously 🤭) I’m with you.
